Michelle handled the sale of our house in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. We had nearly 30 appointments over a 3-day time and she was prompt with approving the appointment requests and answering any prospective buyers questions. We received 10 offers and she presented them to us in the order from worse to best and explained why she arranged them in that order. It helped us choose the best offer quickly, which we appreciated. The rest of the process was really smooth and we just waited for closing after that. I would recommend her to friends and family because she is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.

Michelle Everett Lacey was so helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Being a first time home buyer I went in not knowing a lot and had many questions throughout the process. Michelle was always there with answers and help tips. Working 12 hour shifts made it a little difficult for me to set up times to view houses but Michelle made herself more than available to me and if she wasn't she always made sure I knew another realtor from the office could help. I believe I would not have had the opportunity to buy the home I did if it wasn't for Michelle. I am so thankful for Michelle and all of her help and would choose her again in an instant!
