Patti was very helpful in all transactions. If done over I would rather she tell us up front which things in the house needed fixing or upgrade before I had to read derogatory remarks made by other realtors about a house I dearly loved...often we do not see flaws in things dear to us and some communication along those lines would be helpful. But the house sold and a new family can raise their young children there...its perfect for that andI am happy Patti helped get that transaction completed.
